InvoiceSnap is designed with privacy as a core principle.

We don't collect your data.

InvoiceSnap does not require an account. We don't ask for your email, name, or any personal information. There is no login, no signup, and no user database.

We don't store your receipts.

Your receipt and invoice images are sent to Google's Gemini AI for data extraction via an encrypted HTTPS connection. The extracted data exists only in your browser session. When you close the tab or start a new session, the data is gone. We have no document database and no server-side storage.

We don't track you.

InvoiceSnap does not use cookies for tracking. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics that identify individual users, or any form of behavioral profiling.

We don't sell your data.

We have no data to sell. Your financial information never touches our servers in a stored form.

Third-party services

Google Gemini AI: Processes document images for text extraction. Google's API privacy policy applies to this processing. Images are sent via encrypted connection and are not stored by our application.
Vercel: Hosts the application. Standard web server logs (IP addresses, timestamps) may be collected by the hosting provider per their privacy policy.
